Services Charges

We will prepare a draft budget for you, issue service charge demands, chase arrears, spend the funds during the year and account for it in our meetings and at the end of the year.

Insurance Management

We will review your current policies, check that you have sufficient coverage and will instruct our broker to approach the whole market at renewal to get the best policy for you at the best price.

Handover

We are very proficient at dealing with handovers from other agents, developers and self-managed buildings.  We have dealings range from excellent ones to buildings where we have received no handover information at all.

Contracts & Maintenance

We issue the section 20 consultation paperwork but our role usually goes well beyond this – we will deal with the board, the surveyors, contractors and residents to ensure that the project goes as smoothly as possible.  We have numerous major works projects running at any one time.

Health & Safety

Health & safety has become increasingly important over the last few years in our sector – we have always seen it as one of our biggest risks and manage it accordingly.  We have an in-house Health & Safety team to provide advice to our clients and Portfolio Managers.

A hands-on team of experienced, professional property managers and accountants, all working toward providing excellent property management services for our clients.

We realise that our team is our biggest asset and represents Ebrahim Properties to our clients on a daily basis, so we recruit the most talented individuals we can find.  We invest heavily in training, both to keep up to date with the latest regulations and also to regularly update clients on best practice in their buildings, ensuring they are able to make informed decisions.
